In some major pain here.....
Dear Lord...I don't wish a bad back on my worst enemy!
So.....yesterday I woke up to my back hurting on my right side and throughout the day...it gradually got worse (and going to the pumpkin patch and getting up and down didn't help one bit). I woke up this morning and it's 10x worse....I can't function. Grady had to take Gracie to school today.....I will walk and a shooting pain will just hit me and take my breathe away and sometimes make me feel like I need to head to the toilet and vomit, though I couldn't make it in time if I had too....I have to walk so slow. Call me Granny! LOL!!
I think I hurt it on Saturday when we took Gracie to the park to teach her to ride her bike without training wheels. I was trotting along side of her and I guess at a funny angle (because I was holding onto her), and I must have just tweaked it wrong. Anywho....I just wanted to let you guys know who have emailed me and stuff....I promise to get back to you ASAP.....right now, I'm just trying to relax it and take it easy. I guess it's time to admit, I'm getting old and falling apart! Thank goodness we can't be traded in for a new model huh? LOL!! =)

OMG! Hope you are feeling better.. I've never really experienced bad backs (Except when I was Prego)..
So I am sure it's no pleasant. You make sure to R&R and make it better!!
Take Care and talk to you later!
Awe, Brenda, I'm sorry! I hope whatever is making your back hurt, that it heals soon!
A bad back is the worst! Sounds like a pinched nerve.... not fun at all! Put your feet up and rest, rest, rest! Feel better soon!
Hey, Brenda!
Go to this link and try this exercises. This works, believe me. I sit down for 8 hours and my lower back is killing me and tried this exercise and believe me it has healed and strengthen my back and core. remember, you will never get a flat abs if your lower back is bad. P
ictures are great. Hope you feel better.

Oh Brenda. I'm so sorry to here that you are under the weather. If it's hurting in your lower back, it might be kidney stones or something. Maybe you should be checked out by your doctor. Hope you get to feeling better.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who feel like that at times. I hope your back starts feeling better soon.
Bless your heart! I know back pain and I pray you feel better soon....
OHHH! I have had this happen a ton to me, the only thing that gets it feeling better is to get a massage...maybe you need a massage :)
Wish we lived by you - I'd send my hubby over to work on your back. He's an awesome chiro! Seriously, get yourself to a chiropractor. They are awesome!
Ah...feel better soon. Back pain is NO fun!
Hey that last comment was from me. Forgot to sign my name.
make sure that its not your appendix...had to have mine out a few years ago...make sure you can stand on one leg or walk up stairs-if you can do that then its not appendicitis! Good luck! Hope you feel better!
I have the worst back pain too...and maybe once a year I have the sort of 'crick' in my neck where I can't breathe if I look left (or right), can't move, can't bend, etc.
ugh, ugh, ugh
one thing I've found that has been my miracle drug when I feel things starting to tighten up back there is a gel called Arnica (you can find it at whole foods/sprouts)
don't ask me how or why, but that stuff WORKS
icy hot never did anything for me (other than make me smell like an athlete). Arnica gel doesn't smell, doesn't feel like anything, but just works.
I use it on my hand and wrist when the proofing gets to be too much (like now...is it december yet?)
feel better soon!
I totally feel your pain...Mine started out the same way and I ended up in the ER...Turns out I had a Kidney sized kidney stone...I with that pain on NOONE...If I were you I would really go have it check out...and being that its on your right it could be your apendex...I really hope you are feeling better soon...I dont think we will last to long without our Gracie fix :)
I came through ILP site and I love love love your work. Can't wait to use your actions! :)
Awww Bren... so so sorry you're in pain. My husband has a terrible back. It's a constant on and off thing - something that will never go away. I know how debilitating it can be.
Try muscle relaxants like Robax and get theeself to a good Registered Massage Therapist! And not just one session. Go every week for a month :) That's the only thing that helped me.
bummer about your back Brenda. I hate to hear that. Hopefully it will get better soon. I absolutely love reading your blog...and not to mention your beautiful photos. AMAZING!!
