I missed this one somehow

So, I'm going through some old photos...cleaning up the computer (again) and I came across this one. I'm not sure why I missed it but I'm glad I caught it the second time around. =)

See....just another reason not to delete your photos right away....It seems that some of my favorite photos are the ones that I pasted up at first. =)

I'm LOVE taking photos of kids backsides....is that just me or do you guys like to do it too? =)



ETA: OK....so I have a major complaint! I'm not that type of person that complains all the time....I'm usually the one that lets too much slide but this really chaps my hide! I ordered Christmas cards from Winkflash on Nov. 27th. I just got them in the mail today.....not the best as far as getting them fast but that's the sole reason I ordered them then....I know it's a busy time of year for everyone. Well....guess what....I got someone else's order!!! AAARRGGHHHH! So, what do I do...I call them. I'm calm....not really mad, I figure, they'll just reprint mine and have them overnighted. NOPE....not even close! I have to reorder them, pay for them again and I was told that they can't expidite orders so I should be receiving them (and crossing my fingers they are mine this time) in about 7-10 days! WHAT THE HECK? So, I'm having to bare the brunt of YOUR MISTAKE? Pretty much yes!! I guess a big company like you have never heard of FED EX? Oh but I will get a full refund when I ship the wrong ones back.....how very nice of you! How about you go to the post office at the busiest time of the year with a 5 year old and an 18 month old bucko!

OK....so, I'll stop ranting! I PRAY that my customer's cards are OK...they probably will be messed up to for writing this...oh gosh I hope not!! Anywho....this is my official boycott of Winkflash (as soon as I get all the correct orders)! NO MORE!! Yeah, they are cheap but their policies stink (for a better use of words)! I will never recommend them to anyone! ARRRGGHHHH....I'm so pissed!!!!

Precious! I have always loved taking pictures that way. One of my most fav...that I used as a Christmas card was taken from behind my two boys holding hands looking out at the ocean.

Wow, good thing you didn't delete, that is perfect of Sam! Yes, I'm a major fanatic of backside pictures which works for me right now since my child does nothing but run when the camera is out. Awesome photo!

I agree, I love the backside photos. Which is good because my daughter is 16 months old and all she does is run away from the camera. :) I have a lot of them these days!

Bren! Beautiful picture of Sam and I would be peeved about Winkflash too!! I still don't understand why they can not overnight those cards...it wasn't like you put the wrong address or something. Bummer too, because I was looking into ordering from them....back to checking out MPIX, I guess.

Brenda, that just plain sucks how your got someone else's order! I'd be so mad if someone else got mine!!! I know everyone makes mistakes, but when something like this happens, they should do whatever it takes to make you happy again...to make the situation right. Sorry you had to deal with such (crap) I'm an easy going person, but when it comes to customer service...it can make or break me on if I ever deal with a certain company again. My fingers are crossed for you to get your pics asap!!! Good Luck! .... and on a side note, i'd LOVE to see some pics of your cutie on Halloween!? Got any to share?

I can't beleive you have to order your cards again .. that is not right!! You think they would get them out to you ASAP seing as they screwed up your order??? Oh well - they just lost you as a customer .. and probably a lot of people who are reading your blog!!

Secondly - I would be so upset with the card situation. That is ridiculous that you have to reorder and basically take ownership for THEIR mistake. Unreal!

Oh girl. That is horrible about your cards. Customer service is awesome at ProLab Express, but they may be more than what you want to pay. I had some images that didn't get the finish I wanted and she didn't even want me to return them. She just immediately said she would have them re-sendt pronto! And I have been using them for awhile now and this is the first time I have had a problem with them and it wasn't a major thing. Just thought I would share.

First off...I love the picture. Second of all - use whcc. For real. I've NEVER had a problem with them. My cards came within 4 days of placing my order and they are BEAUTIFUL! I've received the wrong order with mpix before. They quickly redid my order and overnighted it. I did not have to send the wrong pictures back. Good luck!

Brenda-I'm the same as you and usually let too much slide, but I have to say if this happened to me, I'd be ranting and raving too! I'm going to second whcc. I have been using them for over a year now and have never had a problem.

I love the backside pictures too! I would be very upset about Winkflash. I have used Shutterfly for several years now and their customer service has always been great. Just a few months ago I called because some prints seemed to be taking a long time and they apologized, got them printed asap and fedexed them. I would find someone else to use for sure. There are too many other good ones out there!

As far as Winkflash, did you speak with the rather feminine voice gentleman on the phone? I've spokemn with him at least 10 times this week. I ordered 34 dozen cards on 11/24. No word so I called to check status on 11/30. They tell me there were errors in 8 or 10 sectors and they did a reprint and they were mailed on the 30th. On the 4th I receice 24 of my 408 cards. WTF? So I call them and tell me the same song and dance that they can't be expedited but they will ship yesterday... Today, I check, still says printing and they can't guaruntee a ship date. I'm so peeved with them! Get this, I'm so tired of speaking with that man, that I call and ask for management and he refused to let me speak with them. Definately will never be shopping with them again! I hope you get yours soon. I know I have 7 clients waiting on me! UGH!

I don't think we talked to the same guy. I think mine was someone wasn't paying attention to packing them right. But now I completely understand why it's taking so long in printing. I order some last Wednesday and today it finally said they shipping...praying they are the right ones. Mine are customers too, so I'm biting my nails!! =( It looks like it's taking 7 days to print them and they guy on the phone told me it would take 3. Good luck...it's pretty said that we have to send good vibes to each other....I'm NEVER using them again and I hope at least from my blog that people won't use them either...it's not worth the heartache.

oh I am feeling your pain. I just paid close to $50 to have prints overnighted. (due friday) HELLO.. I had expectations! They were due to arrive on my doorstep. ON MY 30th Birthday.. I kinda had plans..LOL They didnt come!Not all day. I called late in the afternoon to check. No tracking. No idea. No help. No prints. I eventually got them on TUESDAY! and.. they wont refund the overnight charge!! Just as cranky as you! and very sympathetic. I love the photo of Sam.. My 'finds' never look so good!

I'm sorry about your cards. I would be raving mad. I'm surprised that was all they would do for you. I hope you told them you would not be using them or referring them to your clients again.
