The colors of Spring....

Leslie with Wiggy Studio has some wonderful new hats for her Spring/Summer line....they are soooo adorable....you just can't help but think of beautiful weather, flowers and April showers when you see them.

I'm so lucky that asked me to do photos for her line.....she is just a wonderful person to work with and such a great friend. Gracie was not in the mood to have her photos taken so I only got a few....we'll hopefully try to get some more later.

I just finished an awesome book! It's called My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. It's soooo awesome but very sad! I was crying like a baby by the end of it...I had a hard time finishing the last pages because I couldn't see through the tears. A friend suggested it to me and when I read the back cover for what it was about, I thought that maybe it wasn't my kind of book. I can't believe I'm going to admit this to everyone but I LOOOVVVEEEE all the Harry Potter books! Call me a dork but J.K. Rowlings is a fantastic writer, I finish her books within 2 days usually. So when I looked at getting this one, I just didn't think it would keep my attention but it did. =) I totally recommend it if any of you guys are looking for a good read.

Beautiful hats! Gracie looks adorable as always. I could be totally wrong - but she looks like she could cause some mischief. She just has that twinkle in her eye :) My daughter has the same one...at only 18 months :)

This may totally not be the right place to ask you this...but I love how you changed your winklet slideshow to one image vs. two in the opening slideshow. Was that something you did on your own or did you have to pay winklet to customize? Feel free to email me, or I'll check back here ;)

I might guess that Jen suggested the Jodi Picoult book? She and I both are hooked on them, too! I didn't read My Sister's Keeper for the longest time because I didn't think I would like it, either...but did I!! I would also highly suggest The Pact and Plain Truth.

ok...so I've looked in all the boutiques around Frisco and Plano and can't find those adorable hats!! I know you thought Magic Moon carried them, but they don't...at least that's what the girl told me when I went to check. If you find out a retailer near me that carries them...I would love to pick one up for a friend. My girls are too big for hats now. :(

thanks...

btw- love the photos. gracie is an absolute DOLL!

Gorgeous hats. Love the black and white one!!

So pleased I am not the only adult who is willing to admit she loves a lil HP... JK ROCKS. My husband speed reads.. so we have a deal going. He gets the first 24 hours of the new book then it is my turn..and he isnt allowed to breathe a word..LOL.
Takes me two weeks... (less free time than he has..and I savour them). I sat there at 1am crying like a baby in the last book... can't beleive they killed off D!

I'm not sure I can deal with a tear jerker book, but perhaps I'll give it a try.
I am a H-U-G-E Harry Potter fan. I have a countdown on my desktop for the release of the new movie in July. Can't wait for the new book too. I can't fathom how it's going to play out.
Don't get me started.... I can chat HP for hours!

Love the hats...and Gracie looks beautiful!

I am a Harry Potter fan myself...cannot wait till July!

And Jodi Picoult is so thought provoking...she really makes you see both sides of the story....I recommend The Pact and Mercy...two of my favorites from her.

Okay I am the exact same way when it comes to Harry Potter books. I can finish each in one day if I have the time. I just love the way she writes. I've read each book at least 3 times. LoL!

Great photos and I LOVE the hats. The shot of the hats on the stands is so awesome. It would make great art for a store.

I adore her hats and have admired them after seeing her site before. But it says she only sells to Retail and I have no idea where to get them. I emailed and hope I can find a location to purchase some for our "Hat Days" mini-sessions.

Love the last perspective shot of the hats!

Thank you everyone! =)

Dana,
Email me at Bleann@msn.com and I'll tell you how. =)

Tiffany and Julie,
She only makes them in little one's sizes...I was thinking the same thing...I would love to wear them =)

Thank you Bridget, Jael, Kellie, Amanda, Katelyn, Shelley, Doerfler, Adrienne, Alissa and Tina! =)

Mel, Yep...I'm hooked. I've read Vanishing Acts too....I'm going to have to get the one you suggested. She's a great writer! =)

Lanne,
I KNOW.....I was forsure she fooled us!! I didn't like it when S died either!

Lulu...thanks sweetie! LOVED Vanishing Acts. I think with My Sister's Keeper, it hit close to home. My dad is a heart patient tranplantee and I'm so thankful to the donor's family.

Debb, Denise and Stefanie....it's soo good to know that I'm not the only adult that likes them. LOL!!

OH Kris.....she writes so brillantly! I will say that the movies follow her books to a tee. You know that some books that are mades into movies, they can really go off course. I read the Jurissic Park series and they killed it in the second one.

Meg....I was a mess! My hubby was looking at me like I was a loon!! LOL!!

Oh Alisha....you crack me up! You're my little cheerleader!! LOL!!

Oh Brenda, always love the energy from your pics. I really really want a hat too, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't get one up here in Canada! She has got to do online retail! They must be thrilled with your photography and advertising!
