A fun and very candid session......

Well, I've been proofing like a crazy woman the past couple of days....hence the blog being boring! LOL!!

I did a session with this lovely family that I had a ball with......they were so much fun and I can't thank them enough for welcoming me into their home.

I'm sooooooo stinkin' excited the Colts are finally going to the Superbowl....it's about time! LOL!! So in honor of them finally going to the BIG GAME, I have a couple of trivia questions for you and whoever gets all of them right and the first to post the correct answer in the comments wins! So here goes....

1. Who's the quaterback for the Colts?
2. What number does he wear?
3. What college did he come out of?
4. What company does he do his funny commericals for?
5. What's his brother's name and what team does he play for?
6. What's their famous dad's name?

Can you tell I'm a HUGE fan of his? It's just not normal for a girl to know all this stuff.....why do I know all this stuff? LOL!!

OK....so Gracie's homeroom mom and I were talking the other day and she told me she had to tell me something that she thought I'd get a kick out of......

I little background info to set this up.....each week in Gracie's class is a student of the week. The teacher sends home a blank piece of posterboard and you're suppose to put a photo of your child on it and help them write their favorite color, about their family and all that fun stuff. So of course being me....I put one of my favs of her on it. I don't think you've seen it but it's with my red seamless and she's wearing her famous piggiebuns and giving herself a big hug....very cute if I do say so myself! LOL!!

OK....so here's the conversation that took place between the two of them:

Miss Shirley: "Gracie, I like that picture of you.....did you have it done somewhere or did your mom take it?"
Gracie: "My mommy took it."
Miss Shirley: "Wow....is she a professional photographer?"
Gracie: "She tries!"

LOL.....I can't even get the respect from a 5 year old.....talk about a downer in confidence!!

Good Grief...that was hard!

I know it's a bit late, but better than never right? I finally picked my top 10 favs and I tell ya, I can do top 10 fav per month, but for the whole year? =)

So here they are....one is with my point and shoot camera and one is with my film....the rest with my beloved DSLR! And it's my one year anniversary of having it too! And between you and me.....I feel sometimes I was better when I didn't know what the heck I was doing with it! LOL!!























OK...I cheated...I forgot about Sam and the angel wings! I just had to add that one for sure, so I have 11. =)

I'm still alive! LOL!! Sorry for not posting and no pictures too...I haven't picked up my camera in awhile...I'm having withdrawals I think! =) I'm just trying to polish up my site and get some marketing stuff done. I promise to be back soon with some photos......don't give up on me. =)
